After the debacle that was known as "the-great-thawing-the-frozen-turkey-in-the-microwave-on-thanksgiving incident" at the Ulinov household, I figured we would downscale a bit and try something a bit more reasonable. And with our new microwave oven, I figured that we could just put the whole bucket in, turn it on 5 minutes and "Voila!" -- its giant cookie ball time!!

We ordered the sugar free assortment package so we would know which cookies were best for our family - worth it. We will never buy a few flavors again and now we know which ones (brownie, chocolate ones) we like best and can buy the larger packages at the store. Firstly, we did not buy this. We received it as a gift from our daughter. The appearance of the basket is first rate but the positives end there. Except for the few Ghirardelli squares and the truffle cookies, all of the rest of the items could be found on sale in a dollar store. The chocolate was waxy and smelled funny, like chemicals. This was not worth the money. I think that the Gharardelli was placed prominently just to give the impression that the basket had quality ingredients. There was a large amount of packing material including 4 big cell plastic packing material and a big wad of paper. The chocolate items were laying in a single layer on top of the packing paper.
